Please choose your down payment based on your beef side selection: A down payment will be required approximately 30 days prior to your beef going to processing.

¼ Beef: $250

½ Beef: $500

Full Beef: $1000

When your beef is ready to process, you will be contacted by the processor to discuss your preferred cuts. You will make a final payment for your beef (based on hanging weight) to Ancilla Beef and Grain Farm. You will also pay the processor directly for their butcher fee at the pickup of your beef.

Please note that all pricing is estimated. Final prices are based on hanging weight of your beef/portion. Processing fees are set by the processor and may vary based on cuts and special requests.
